What is the Practical values of power factor?

The power factor can get values in the range from 0 to 1

When all the power is reactive power with no real power (usually inductive or capacitive load) - the power factor is 0. A power factor of 0 indicates that the voltage and current are 90-degrees out of phase.

When all the power is real power with no reactive power (resistive load) - the power factor is 1. A power factor of 1 indicates that the voltage and current are in phase and have a low-harmonic content.
